Installations
We offer a wide range of installations including automation to new gates or automation to existing gates. We can automate just about any gate whether it’s a slider, swing, bi-fold or bi-parting type gate.
A typical installation of an electric gate system will include posts, gates, gate automation equipment, intercom/access control system for entry and exit and gate safety equipment.
We offer a professional no obligation measure and quotation service. Simply choose your gate design, material, (i.e. wood, metal or aluminium) and colour. Gate servicing
Servicing your electric gate system is very important to prolong its life. At CJM Automation we carry out a full electric gate service once per annum for residential installations and up to three visits per annum for commercial.
Our maintenance schemes include:
- Priority call outs
- Full safety checks and advise
- Grease all moving parts including gate hinges
- Clean out all foundation casements (if applicable)
- Clean all safety equipment including safety beams
- Check all hardware, nuts, fixings, welds etc...
- Check and adjust any settings, i.e., run times, auto close times
- Multipoint force test, including logging results and producing paperwork
- Clean all accessories, i.e., keypads, intercoms, locks
- Clean and lubricate manual release mechanisms
- All consumables and labour for the service

Repairs
